Due to the nature of the product, all sales of pet meals and treats are final. Similar to buying fresh food at the grocery store, if you open a package and learn that your dog does not like the taste of a certain recipe, we recommend that you do not purchase that recipe again, but we do not accept returns of food. Also, given that our meals are sold frozen, we cannot accept the return of unused frozen meals for exchange without proof that the meals have remained in a frozen state, to ensure safety and quality of those meals for another customer.
