At Tom&Sawyer, we understand there are situations which may require a product return. Due to the nature of our product requiring inspection to determine products remained in saleable condition, we can only process exchanges or credits in person, with proof of purchase, at our store, located at 1247 Queen Street East, Toronto Ontario.
Tom&Sawyer reserves the sole right to offer in-store product returns for exchange or credit only for equal value of goods (less any discounts provided on original sale). No refunds are provided. Tom&Sawyer does not accept returns of opened food.
To assist Tom&Sawyer customers with selecting the best meal options prior to purchase, complimentary samples are available upon request at our Toronto store location (with account registration) and at authorized retailer locations, subject to availability at time of request. Samples require limited to one sample per recipe, per household.
