Delivery & Shipping Information
Upon checkout, you will be prompted with 3 choices to receive your order:
- Canada Wide Shipping
- Local Toronto Delivery (available for postal codes starting with “M”)
- In-store Pick Up at our Toronto location
Canada Wide Shipping (Soon North America Wide)
We ship using Canada Post ExpressPost to most locations in Canada (locations that can receive packages within normal shipping timelines). We have preferred shipping rates that will be calculated during your checkout process.
Frozen items will be packed in a thermal insulated cardboard box to keep items cold. Products can defrost to refrigerator temperature (cool to the touch) and be safely refrozen.
Order Shipment Days: Monday through Wednesday for perishable products to ensure your order is not held up in transit with Canada Post over the weekend. For all other products we ship out Monday through Friday.
***Please note the there is a minimum purchase order of frozen products to maintain temperature in transit: 5 dog meals or 9 cat meals (equivalent to 1 Variety Pack)***
Local Delivery Information
We provide free local delivery for orders over $50 before tax.
Orders below $50 are subject to a $7 delivery fee
For your first pet meal order, you are assigned one thermal tote bag.
Please return the empty tote bag to the driver at the time of your next delivery.
If you choose to keep your thermal tote bag (they are pretty handy!) then we will simply charge your account a nominal $5 amount for every thermal tote bag you decide to keep.
Toronto Area Delivery Zones and Schedule
Tuesdays: East of Bayview Avenue and South of Steeles Avenue (if you reside within 20km of these east and north borders, please call us to discuss delivery options).
Wednesdays: West of Bayview Avenue and South of Steeles Avenue (if you reside within 20km of these west and north borders, please call us to discuss delivery options).
You will be prompted on check out to choose an available delivery window on your designated delivery day.
***Orders placed less than 1 business day before the delivery zone day will be provided the following week for delivery or you can choose in-store pick up if you need the order sooner***
We provide tracking of your scheduled deliveries and can notify you when deliveries are sent out and delivered.
Important Disclaimer: Please make appropriate arrangements to have your delivery accepted when it arrives during your selected time slot as we cannot accept responsibility for refused orders or orders that were left unattended. Please also ensure that one thermal tote bag is returned to the delivery person to avoid extra thermal tote bag charges to your account.
In-Store Pick Up
Come by our Leslieville retail store in Toronto during business hours to collection your pick-up order.
